A deposit of the full cost of the appointment booked is required within 24 hours after booking. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the appointment will be cancelled. It is absolutely refundable if cancelling 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Booking a Next-Day Appointment

All deposits can be sent to alaynaesthetics@hotmail.com. If deposits are not received within required time, the appointment will be cancelled, no exceptions.

Cancellation, No Show, & Late Policy

I understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and kindly request that you do so 24 hours in advance.

Failure to provide sufficient notice will require a non-refundable payment of half of the missed appointment prior to rebooking. 

No shows will require a non-refundable full payment of the missed appointment prior to rebooking.  

If you are 5 minutes late to the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and the no show policy will apply. 


Understand that under no circumstances will Alayna Esthetics offer a refund for services provided.


As a client of Alayna Esthetics, you are expected and required to maintain and follow proper after care of your lashes and/or nails.

Any issues following your appointment, including irritation or allergic reactions must be reported to Alayna Esthetics within 48 hours of your last appointment.

If you feel you are experiencing a severe allergic reaction, please go to the hospital to receive professional medical help.

Refusing Clients or Service

Understand that Alayna Esthetics can and will refuse to accept you as a continuing client if you fail to show up to an appointment without proper notice (24 hours before your appointment). Alayna Esthetics can and will also refuse to accept you as a continuing client if you fail to follow proper after care instructions.

Understand that Alayna Esthetics can and will refuse service based on your natural lash and/or nail health.

Understanding Service Options for Lash Extensions

Understand that only for lash extensions does Alayna Esthetics refuse to do work on another technician's work. If switching to Alayna Esthetics for lash extension services, you must book a full set. If you currently have lashes on from another technician, a removal must be booked as well.

If you are unsure or in doubt about which service to pick, contact me via text at 306-425-0623 to discuss questions or concerns to help you pick the correct service.

*Alayna Esthetics will advise you before starting your lash application if you require more time than you initially booked for.*

Understand that your lashes have their own shed and growth cycle. Sometimes you may go through a big shed for a few weeks so new lashes can grow in and then the amount you shed will return to normal. Understand that this may mean you may require more time to fill your lashes, which means you must always be prepared to pay more than you booked for. 

Under no circumstances will these service terms be voided. No exceptions. Always come prepared to pay more than you initially booked for.

COVID policies

Face masks are required. If possible, please bring your own. If you do not have one, I can supply you one at a $2 charge as supplies are limited.

No cash at this time. Payments accepted via credit/debit or e-transfer to alaynaesthetics@hotmail.com.

Please send me a text upon arrival and wait in your vehicle until I return your text to let you know I am ready for you.

All clients must sanitize their hands upon arrival. Hand sanitizer will be available.

Please use the bathroom before coming to your appointment to help reduce the ares of traffic in my home and to make sanitization easier.

Please dress warm if you tend to get cold. I do not supply a blanket anymore for lash appointments. I run AC during the summer. Please avoid hooded sweaters for lash appointments.

Please reschedule if you are sick (cold, cough, fever, etc.) If you arrive with visible symptoms, please be prepared to be turned away and asked to reschedule for when you are feeling better.

Other policies

I do not allow guests or children. Please make arrangements for childcare prior to your appointment.

You must be 16 years of age or older to receive any of the services I offer. If younger, a parent or guardian is required to come in at the time of the appointment to sign forms for parental consent. They can leave after signing forms.

I ask that you please turn your phone to silent or have it turned off.

Gum must be spit out before the appointment.
